Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation

The Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation is a standards developing organization. Standards developing organizations are created for the purpose of developing, promulgating, amending, and reissuing technical standards that apply to a particular industry or field of professional practice. Established in 1975, the Joint Committee is a private nonprofit organization accredited by the American National Standards Institute.
