This dataset is designed for teaching data preparation and pre-processing of moderately big datasets. The dataset example is a raw portion from a larger online survey that was created with popular survey software and was collected using a popular online forum. The example raw dataset has n = 200 respondents and includes demographic questions and questions about individuals’ drinking and beliefs about alcohol consumption. The dataset file is accompanied by a Teaching Guide, a Student Guide, and a How-to Guide for SPSS.
