Meta-Analysis: Sexual versus Emotional Infidelity as an Example

Abstract

Meta-analysis is a method of estimating the strength of a relationship between two variables across based on a weighted mean of the effect sizes found in the research literature on those two variables. I discuss the basics of the method with my meta-analysis of differential reactions to sexual and emotional infidelity based on biological sex.
