The SAGE Handbook of Digital Dissertations and Theses is published at a time when increasing numbers of students at undergraduate, Masters and doctoral levels are questioning why they have to submit their research in conventional printed formats, and why the digital version is an accompaniment to these printed copies, rather than the main submission.
