Writing good survey questions is one of the most important tasks of the survey process. Each survey question is attempting to measure an important theoretical construct that is derived from the theory and research question that we are exploring. The responses to the survey questions are our observations. These observations or responses to all the survey questions are turned into data and analyzed to answer the research question that started this process.
