This dataset is designed for teaching the analysis of oral history interviews. This data is provided by Jakub Mlynář from the Faculty of Arts at the Charles University in Prague, and consists of interview transcripts drawn from USC Shoah Foundation’s Visual History Archive. The exemplar shows how it is possible to carry out secondary micro-sociological analysis of oral history interviews with two analytical aims: (i) the role as an interactional resource; and (ii) narrative self-regulation. The dataset file is accompanied by a teaching guide and a student guide.
