This dataset is designed for teaching Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The dataset is a subset of data derived from the 2012 Household survey from the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey project, and the example shows how to test whether the average value of homes in Russia differs depending on whether they have central heating or not, while controlling for a covariate measuring the size of the home. The dataset file is accompanied by a teaching guide, a student guide, and a how-to guide for SPSS.
