Abstract

The present case study aimed at articulating the psychometric implications in the sequential process of diagnostic accuracy assessment of behavioral screening measures. The relevance of psychometrics for behavioral science replicability will be discussed. The reader will be guided through the sequential stages of the behavioral screening measures diagnostic accuracy assessment and study planning, using a published example of the performance of a screening measure for present-state attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in community-dwelling adolescents.
